You may receive text messages from this program if: • You requested a quote or otherwise inquired about our services (including in person, by phone, or online); • You are a current or past customer who has received a service from us within the preceding 2 years; or • You provided express consent to receive text messages from us by another means (e.g., a sign-up form). Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we may rely on implied consent in the first two cases above: an inquiry provides implied consent for up to 6 months, and an existing business relationship (a completed service) provides implied consent for up to 2 years from the most recent service date. Where neither applies, we will only text you with your express consent.
